Overview
The Engineering Fair - held from 2:00 to 3:00 pm - will provide an opportunity for students and parents to view products and demonstrations from your company/organization. The event is also aimed to captivate their interests in engineering and science and promote interaction between the representatives and students.
Free Registration
We thank you for your interest in the Engineering Fair at the Un Sabado Gigante in Engineering event. In order to participate in the fair, please register by completing the Exhibitor Registration Online Form (Sorry Online Exhibitor Registration is Closed) . The information about your company/organization is needed to coordinate the Engineering Fair and will also allow us to accommodate for any special equipment needs. As soon as we receive the registration information, a space at the Engineering Fair will be confirmed for your company/organization.
Space Agreement
The booth space is yours to use as needed. You must supply your own materials and equipment for your exhibit. Special accommodations will be considered but you must denote them on your form.
Cancellation
All booth cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Un Sabado Gigante in Engineering committee prior to November 2, 2007. Please email your confirmation to Patricia Vela.
Assignment
Space assignments will be solely at the discretion of the Un Sabado Gigante in Engineering committee. The committee will consider exhibitors' requests along with the date the form was received. The committee reserves the right to change location assignments at any time, as it may deem necessary. Your booth space will be labeled upon arrival at the conference.
Installation and Dismantling
Exhibitors may set up their booths on the day of the event between 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 pm All exhibit materials must be removed from the exhibit area by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the event.
Security
Neither the Un Sabado Gigante in Engineering committee nor its members of The University of Texas will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur nor for any injuries that may occur to you or your employees. Security will not be available before, during or after the event, therefore, it is encouraged to attend to your booth at all times.
