Our Community project is an all-day event entitled, Un Sabado Gigante in Engineering held at The University of Texas at Austin. This program is designed to bring Hispanic Engineering and Science Professionals up-close-and-personal with middle school students while highlighting the magic and fun of science.
Austin organizations and companies, such as yours, can help our vision become reality and help us address the needs of the Hispanic population. We invite you to be a supporter of Un Sabado Gigante in Engineering. Our vision includes the education and exposure of Hispanic students to college students and professionals in the Austin area. We need to raise our students' expectations of themselves and then give them the tools to make dreams into reality.
